The sixth International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste will be observed on 29 September 2025, calling for stronger, expanded stakeholder efforts to reduce FLW as a critical step toward a sustainable food future for all.
This Recipe of Change Toolkit is a compilation of best practices and lessons learnt from all the work that was developed in the region towards reducing food waste in the hospitality sector. The Toolkit, which was developed by the Hospitality industry for the Hospitality industry, aims for food waste management and reduction to move from occasional campaigns to become a lifestyle to “Halve the Food Waste and Double the Blessings”.
